ARECO fights against food waste

Since July 29 of 2019, humanity lives on credit because it has already consumed all the natural resources that the planet has to offer. This is two months earlier than 20 years ago and a three-days decline compared to 2018. By dividing food waste by two, we could postpone this date 10 days later each year.

Let’s note that 40% of the wasted food, which could have been consumed, consists of fresh fruits and vegetables (FAO source).
