Job offer n°1: Maintenance Technician M / F
Lyon - France
Under the responsibility of the team leader, you are in charge of installing and maintaining a fleet of machines (maintenance, after-sales service). You actively participate in Customer satisfaction.
Missions:
- Ensure installation of various products and systems, including commissioning and customer training
- Carry out after-sales service using instructions, plans and maintenance programs: preventive maintenance visits as part of maintenance contracts, troubleshooting, paid after-sales service (evolution of the installation according to customer needs)
- Report the intervention orally and in writing, make suggestions for improvement, keep a schedule
- Being the first point of contact for customers in its sector: constantly ensuring their satisfaction, offering them new products or adapting their installation...
- Carry out customers visits if necessary, in order to present the product, make a statement for a quote or make a visit prior to installation
To carry out your missions, you have:
- Field technician experience
- Technical skills in electricity, mechanical and hydraulic assembly
You are organized and used to reporting.
Your team spirit enables you to contribute to the achievement of a common overall objective. You rigorously apply technical procedures while being proactive in improving them.
